How does it work?
Create your strata scheme, add owners and committee members, and start managing your building online. Our platform provides everything you need to manage levies, meetings, records, documents and Ai chat to answer strata complex questions from one easy-to-use dashboard.
We charge a simple, transparent fee:
$12 per unit (lot) per month, billed to the strata’s chairperson for the whole strata complex
There are no hidden fees and you can cancel anytime.
Only one payment per strata complex is required.
owner cooperation pays the subscription using the admin fund or the cost can be reimbursed through the strata’s administrative fund if committe member pay this themself
Absolutely.
You can switch between self-managed and professionally managed at any time.
Your data remain accessible if the subscription is on, where your strata manager can also use our platform to manage the scheme, or you can download your data
